Returns & Refunds Policy

EZ Audio Visual is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason required. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@ezaudiovisual.com before the 14-day period expires.
2. How to Return an Item
- Email info@ezaudiovisual.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a returns authorisation number and return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include your order number inside the parcel.
- Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories and documentation included.
- Items that have been damaged through misuse, or are missing parts, may not qualify for a full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that card processing times vary by issuer and may take additional days to appear on your statement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage cost. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ezaudiovisual.com. Include your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been opened and used
- Items returned without their original packaging after the 30-day window
- Digital downloads or software (once activated)
